Pandora FMS lifecycle and version support

All the information about the support of each Pandora FMS version. Our version life cycle guarantees stability, security and compatibility, allowing you to choose between extended support versions (LTS) and regular releases (RRR). This documentation will be updated periodically and will serve as an official reference.

Pandora FMS

Consult the support, lifecycle, and compatibility information for versions of Pandora FMS, Pandora RC, and Pandora ITSM. This page serves as the official reference to find out which versions have active support, which operating systems are compatible, and how the release cycle is organized between LTS and Feature Release (FR) versions.

Pandora FMS

Pandora FMS offers two types of versions: Feature Release (FR) versions, which are published periodically and incorporate new features, improvements, and fixes; and LTS versions, which are published with a more stable cadence and are aimed at production environments that prioritize reliability and operational continuity.
LTS versions receive security patches and critical bug fixes during their support cycle. FR versions are aimed at those who need earlier access to product evolution and only receive patches in specific situations.

Pandora FMS LTS Support

We will maintain support for Pandora FMS LTS for two years, with the possibility of extending it for another two years through an additional long-term support contract. This support includes security patches and critical bug fixes. It does not include the downward portability of features from higher versions.

* The long-term support contract may involve additional costs.
