For this 5.0.104 version, the required PHP version is 8.2. If you have a version prior to PHP 8.2 installed, you may have problems viewing the Web Console. Check the official documentation for updating PHP.

In turn, the MySQL version necessary for the correct operation of Pandora ITSM 5.0.104 is MySQL 8. Check out the documentation to update MySQL.
