Pandora FMS S.L.U. seeks to stand out in its sector

And has therefore decided to implement an integrated quality management system. This system, aligned with the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, commits the entire company.

The information systems supporting the business activities: design, development, technical support (to users and distribution channels), and consulting services for monitoring applications, in accordance with the current Statement of Applicability.

The Integrated Management System of Pandora FMS S.L.U. encompasses both the Quality Management System (QMS) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS), and applies to all activities, processes, and assets related to the design, development, technical support (to users and partners), consulting, and delivery of monitoring services, as well as internal company management.

 

The scope includes

  • Business activities: Design, development, technical support, and consulting of monitoring applications and solutions, including the management of clients, partners, and the distribution channel.

  • Internal processes: Legal functions, human resources, administration, marketing, communication, sales, and finance.

  • Assets and information: Information systems, personal data, corporate information, application source code, and organizational knowledge generated since the company’s foundation.

  • Infrastructure: IT systems and other assets located at the headquarters and in cloud environments.

 

Management Approach

The system scope encompasses integrated management of:

  • Information Security (ISO 27001): Protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization’s information and assets.

  • Quality (ISO 9001): Compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements; customer satisfaction; quality control of services and products delivered; supervision and evaluation of suppliers; and commitment to continuous improvement of business processes.

This Integrated Policy shall be communicated, understood, and applied throughout the organization and will be made available to stakeholders at the headquarters of Pandora FMS (C/ José Echegaray 8, Alvia, Edificio I, 2nd floor, Office 12, 28232 Las Rozas de Madrid, Spain), and through the company’s official communication channels.

Our policy aims to achieve the following objectives

  • Deliver high-quality services with continuous improvement to meet client demand and remain competitive in the sector, ensuring full satisfaction of users and stakeholders.

  • Provide the necessary resources for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System, as well as for the control and enhancement of its processes.

  • Maintain quality as a permanent objective of continuous improvement by learning from challenges and analyzing their causes to prevent recurrence.

  • Encourage collaboration and commitment from all staff, ensuring that this Integrated Policy is embraced as their own, with each individual taking responsibility for the quality and security of their work and for complying with established procedures.

  • Promote climate change awareness and adaptability through the participation of employees and stakeholders in initiatives for awareness, training, and sensitization.

  • Consider sustainability criteria in all business activities to minimize environmental impact and promote the rational use of resources.

  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and assets, ensuring that services and products are delivered under secure and controlled conditions.
