PROJECTS
We implement Pandora FMS on the client, in addition to supporting other companies designing deployment procedures. We also support the sales department, develop scripts / plugins to cover specific client needs and configure integrations with third-party tools. We’re Pandora FMS ninjas!
DEVELOPMENT
We’re the ones who develop Pandora FMS. Over time, we’ve created our own methodology, combining agile methodology best practices and best practices from other disciplines. We work together with the whole Q/A team and use tools such as GitLab, Selenium and many others.
MARKETING
The most creative ones hands down. If Picasso had followed the monitoring career, he would word with us. We create the whole brand image, online and offline strategies, translate content and look for possible collaborations with different media. We’re pure image and contact with the outside.
SUPPORT AND Q/A
Even though they call us “Technical Customer Service”, we do lots of things besides that: we develop scripts, solve problems for our clients, moderate the forums and stay on the watch for any bug the platform may have.
ADMINISTRATION
We’re in charge of collecting bills, purchases, booking flights and hotels and managing the company’s resources. Our goal is to create a confortable workspace for everyone to do their job.
SALES
We attend to contacts either by mail, phone or in person; we do demos with future clients, travel all over Spain and the whole world, coordinate with the ninjas from Projects for consultancies and look for clients wherever they might be.
HUMAN RESOURCES
We’re in charge of managing the personnel of the company: recruitment, solving conflicts, work relations, social benefits and performance evaluation.
