Integration with Pandora RC
| Last modification: August 2026. | Version: 109 OUM |
Pandora RC is a remote computer management system based on the cloud (Software as a Service or SaaS) to connect to them, regardless of IP address changes, firewalls, or other changes that occur in the network.
Configuration
Menu Setup → Setup → Pandora RC.
In the Enable Pandora RC box, you must check Yes and click its adjacent gray Update button to save this change.
The first time the integration is enabled, the following inventory object types will be automatically added to the database: Computer and Pandora agents.
The Pandora RC client is only available for inventory objects that have a type with a field named eHorus Id. This field must store the Pandora RC agent identifier related to the inventory object.
Once activated, you must correctly configure the user, password, API portal name, and its corresponding port (by default 443).
You can run a check from the same section using the Test button. If the result is successful, the integration will be correctly enabled.
To save the user credentials and other values, you must use the green Update button located in the lower right corner.
Remote connection with computers
It is essential for the correct functioning of this integration that the Apache server has the following parameter configured:
Header always set X-Frame-Options “SAMEORIGIN”
Once the integration is complete, the next step is to have the inventory objects configured with the eHorus id field active.
- You can create an inventory object of type Computer, menu CMDB → Create new object by entering an object name and clicking the Create button.
- Upon being successfully created, it will display a link with the description Click here to continue working with Object #XXX, where XXX will be the identifier assigned in the database and clicking there will allow you to edit the newly created object.
- In Object type select
Pandora agents. - In the Custom fiels section, eHorus id field, you must enter the corresponding value and click Update changes to save that value.
- Then click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner to display a pop-up menu and select the corresponding option. If done successfully, it will ask for the agent's password, which must be entered as quickly as possible.
Upon access, you will have all the details of the Pandora RC agent, being able to navigate through the Processes, Terminal, Display, Services, and Files modes, as long as they are enabled in the installed eHorus agent.
