    Buenas,

    Tengo en mi oficina instalado Pandora 7.0, la ultima versión y tengo de momento 2 servidores externos monitorizados con agentes. Esto me devuele los valores de CPU_Load, tcp_connections, Discused, Memory_used, network_usage. Hasta ayer me iba bien, pero resulta que he tenido que reiniciar uno de los servidores, y ahora se ha vuelto de color gris (desconocido) y no hay forma de que vuelva a ponerse en verde.
    He reiniciado el agente, he reiniciado tentacle en el servidor, pero sigue igual.

    como lo soluciono?

    Buenos días marioadrada,

    Tengo varias preguntas que hacerte, ¿tienes en el directorio data_in de tu servidor de Pandora FMS ficheros llamados BADXML?

    Si es posible, ¿puedes pasarme los ficheros pandora_agent.conf y pandora_agent.log de tu agente? A ver si detecto algo erróneo.

    ¿Podrías decirme que versión de agente tienes instalada y qué sistema operativo tiene dicho agente?

    Buenas,

    No tengo ficheros BADXML. Están las carpetas collection, conf, md5 y netflow.

    Te envio los ficheros. El SO del agente es windows server 2008 R2, la versión del agente es la ultima, ya que lo instale el domingo o sábado.

    NO me deja pasarte los ficheros. Pego los ultimos errores aqui del log y la configuración pasarte todo quiza sea demasiado no?

    ¿Has comprobado que tienes acceso desde el agente a tu servidor? Comprueba el firewall y abre los puertos necesarios para la transferencia con el servidor de tentacle.

    Comprueba con un ping al servidor y mándame una captura de pantalla.

    Tengo ehorus funcionando, tuve que apagar el servidor y al dia siguiente de encenderlo (por un aviso no lo pude arrancar hasta el dia siguiente) ya no iba, sigue sin reconocerlo.
    He reinstalado el agente y ahora me lo ha detectado. Muchas gracias!

    Buenos días de nuevo,

    Ayer se me cayo el servidor mio (donde tengo instalado pandora server) y todos los agentes que tengo se han quedado con color gris.
    Lo unico que puedo hacer es desinstalar e instalar el agente y se que funciona,… a que es debido? Que puedo hacer para que se conete automaticamente?
    Lo unico cambio en el fichero .conf del agente cuando lo instalo es la ip del servidor de pandora y nada mas…

    El log de errores es lo mismo que puse arriba.
