Acoustic Console Not Working

I am using the Version v7.0NG.772 <i style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>Renaissance<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> – Community. I want to create sound alerts. Not sure how to do this. Do I need to configure the </font>Acoustic<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> Console in Operation>Events? But whenever I click the Acoustic Console, it just opens up a new web browser window, but nothing happens. </font>
