Agent modules are going to unkonwn status

Hi!

I installed 30 agents on windows servers. Almost every agent is fluctuating, sometimes modules are going to unknown status.
In the agent log file I can see:
2020-09-11 09:20:34 Pandora Agent: Failed when copying to pandora server
But I can ping the pandora server.

Hi,
Please be sure you can reach the tentacle port in the pandora server from your agents (41121). You can try this by sending a file to the server using tentacle_client.exe

Meanwhile I found the solution. In the agent config the server was given by it’s name. I changed it to it’s IP address, and now is working fine every agent.
