Morning,

I have just checked that in the current version of PandoraFMS the agent is shown without the need of special configurations, so I wonder in which version are you? Maybe you are suffering from a bug that was solved in more recent versions.

Hi,

I always install the updates as soon as they’re reported in the webconsole.
The actual reported version in update manager is 200624.

The version of Pandora has the following form: “Pandora FMS v7.0NG.746 – Build PC200611 – MR 38” what you have sent me is the Build that simply keeps the date of the last update. Send us the full version of Pandora with all the info, you can find it in the footer of the web console.

Hello

I recommend you to update Pandora FMS to the last version, because it seems that it is a few versions behind. Also you should upgrade all MR from 1 to the one you have available after upgrade. Follow the guide we have in our documentation.
