Pandora FMS Software Agent does not start

In Windows® systems there could be permission problems when starting the Pandora FMS agent service, so we recommend to do the following actions:

1.  Run the service with a System Administrator user, for it we access to the Windows “Services” section, then we look for the agent service and select properties with a right click on it, we look for the “Start session/Run as” tab and we establish the user and password of the Administrator user.
2. Another option is to execute the service start up script inside the C:\Program Files\pandora_agent\scripts directory using Administrator permissions (right clicking on the script and selecting “Run as Administrator“).
