I have many BADXML files in the /var/spool/pandora/data_in directory, what can I do?

If in the directory /var/spool/pandora/data_in you have many BADXML files you have to check the following:

  • Execute the command “xmllint” together with the XML file to get where the problem is. Example:
xmllint TempTHXDF01.211810.data_BADXML.
  • After executing the command, the error lines will appear, now we only have to open the XML to locate the error line.
  • We will observe if the module where the error is getting an invalid data or if when executing the module we obtain unwanted information that is inserted in the XML.
  • Once discovered the cause we can proceed to make the correction to the module so that it returns valid data.
