Hi,
when assigning alert actions to a condition to a module, there doesn’t seem to be a way to edit it should the need arise, and would require a delete and re-add.
i.e. say you forgot to set the thresholds on the alert action when applying it to the modules condition. if you want to adjust it then you have to delete the action and re-add it.would it be possible to add an edit option?
similarly if you have to adjust the escalation list created by thresholds set in actions, it would be great if this could be done statically and then applied once all changes have been made, rather than one change at a time.
i.e. in the example above, you have more than one action that needs editing or additional ones add as well as some to be deleted, it would be nice to be able to do the changes and then apply once done.would that also be possible?
would be greatly helpful for large or complicated alert action setups that need adjustments to happen frequently, and would allow for a quicker resolution for said tasks.PS: the above is all via the website console, which is the access level we give these users (so direct edits at the database or running scripts on the system are restricted.
