Second, the sever insert the data of Agent in the database and the console read the data in the database and present it in Web browser,

Can you access to console?

Hi!

First you have to declare the agent in the web console (from Manage Agents in Administration menu), using the same name as set into the agent conf file.

Check also that there is communication between agents and server.

i have those problem too…but after i test it,it cant receive data in web console too…
