    Weird behavior on Pandora Agent 3.x – Wrong process name

    Hi there,

    I’m facing a problem to monitor Windows 2000 Server – SP4 by Pandora.

    The agent installation finish normally, without any errors. The service is started, there is communication by ping and telnet (41121) with Pandora Server and there aren’t errors logged in pandora_agent.log

    The .conf is ok, with default entries (Pandora Server ip address is set correct too).

    I’ve compared the agent behavior in a Windows 2003 Server, and the only difference that I’ve realized is the process name showed up in task manager.

    In Windows 2000 the process name is: PandoraAgent.ex Strange! … without the last letter

    In Windows 2003 the process name is: PandoraAgent.exe

    Does anyone have any idea about how I could solve this issue?
