VMWare Image and Percona update problem

Hi everyone!
I am trying to have a play with this software, using the VMware Appliance file (7.0NG), but I am having a problem with the login part.
Every time I log in and click on something, it logs me out again.

In the FAQ there is a section mentioning this:
“1.13.29 Whatever action I take, I get prompted again for login credentials.”, but session files are being created in the directory, with the owner “apache”, which is what httpd is running as.
SELinux seems to be installed, but surely that’s been configured properly?

I thought I would try doing an upgrade with yum to see if that would fix it, but I’ve run into another problem – I get an error that the GPG key it downloaded is different to the one that is already installed for the Percona update.
I guess I could “blacklist” the update. I can’t uninstall the Percona subsystem with “yum remove” because that looks like it will uninstall loads of dependencies and will break Pandora.

Can anyone suggest what I do about it?

Do you have the possibility to install Pandora from a Pandora FMS ISO? We strongly recommend that option because every package is fully up to date. 

If you don’t have the means to do that, please try to disable SELinux. To try to override the GPG error please do try to add “–nogpg” at the end of your yum command.

Hi Eduardo,
Thank you for the reply.
The –nogpg allowed me to install the updates.
However, the update made things worse and the DB wouldn’t start after I rebooted.
I gave up and am trying the .ISO instead, which is looking better.
