    visual console builder – parent linked disapper

    Hi, someone can help me to diagnose why all the parent link i build in a visual console map disappear?

    under “list elements” i can see the parent relationship but in the preview there’s no link…

    What is the version Pandora? And Have the agents name a white space or other no alphanumeric character?
