    <pre data-placeholder=”Traduction”>Hello,

We have updated our server to the latest Pandora version (FMS V7.0NG.765). When I run database checks through the tool, I get the following errors that I don’t know how to fix. Can you explain to me how to do it?<pre data-placeholder=”Traduction”>Regards.

    Hi Girardot,

Can you tell us from which version you have upgraded?

Can you tell us how you upgraded?

Because from the errors it seems that it is a database structure problem (the RMs are not applied correctly).

In any case, I recommend you to upgrade using packages.

    Console package.

    Server package.

    Manual database update.

Anyway, I will attach the link to our wiki to show you the procedure.

    Best regards,

    Víc.

    Hello

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have multiple Pandora servers.

I have the problem with several versions :

    Pandora FMS v7.0NG.765 –> Pandora FMS v7.0NG.766

    Pandora FMS v7.0NG.758 –> Pandora FMS v7.0NG.766

Here is the procedure I follow :

    – With the Admin account, from the Warp Update menu -> Online Update, I installe the update.

    – I download the file pandora_server.conf and update the pandora_server.conf.new.

    – Once updated I replace the file on the server after having renamed it correctly.

    – Then, in the “Administrative tools” menu -> “Check database schema”, I test the database.

    – I execute the SQL queries indicated by the tool.

    Regards.

    Sébastien

    Hi Girardot,

As far as I can see from what you say, both servers do not have the same version at console and server level.

Could I update them manually via packages and then reapply the MR files from the pre-upgrade MR?

    Use the following link.

    https://pandorafms.com/manual/start?id=en/quickguides/update_version_7_0ng

Don’t forget to restart the Pandora FMS server processes to apply the upgrade changes correctly.

    Best regards,

    Víctor.

      Hi,

I think I solved my problem. I don’t know why but I had auto_increment which was no longer present on some tables in the database.

After putting them back, I have no more errors.

      Regards.
