uninitialized modules

Buenas Tardes,

The update is made to Version v7.0NG.773.3 – Community, and the modules were left in an unknown state and carry out the process they recommend, restart the MySql service and delete the records XML in “/var/spool/pandora/data_in/” and even restart the server and the modules still continue in that state.

Hello,

Did you upgrade MySQL to version 8?

It is a requirement for this latest version.

In case you didn’t you have a guide to upgrade from 5.7 to 8 in our documentation.

In this case you need to upgrade to version 8 to use the current version.
