  • Unable to create reports

    Good day,

    I’m working on version 7.0.754 and I’m unable to create a new report item on an existing report.  I choose Agent alert report and fill out the fields.  I get unsuccessful action.  I tried to create a new report (so that I can add the item there) and I get unsuccessful action.  I’m unable to create anything new on the reporting side.  Is this a known issue with this version?  I haven’t been able to upgrade to 755 or 756 due to an issue with nightly cron restarts not working.  I haven’t tried 757 yet.

    For anyone else running into this issue, it turned out to be a schema issue in the pandora database. Once I cleaned up the schema, I was able to manipulate reports again. -Rich

    The issue was resolved in 757.
