I’m using the latest stable build of 1.3 and for some reason I can’t get the pie charts/graphs to show. The Load status bars show and the percent text is in those. However all other graphs like the Tactical View chart and Agent Access Rate charts don’t show.

I’ve tried setting the error log to E_ALL but when I right click and select view image it doesn’t show any error.

I’ve also enabled logging with PHP and it doesn’t show any errors. Apache shows none either.

Any thoughts on how to further troubleshoot? This is an OpenSuSE 10.3 system.

Already checked that. Actually, after fixing that is when the “Next Agent Contact” bar started showing the percent text.

Fixed. Problem was I was missing the php5-pear package. All is working now. Somehow I missed this in the docs. They were a bit confusing to me with all the different layers. I’m getting the hang of it now thought.

    Thanks!

Just out of curiosity, did you use the console wizard to install the database and the webconsole? I mean, it should’ve said something to you about that package

Anyway, I’m glad it’s working now!

    Manuel.

Sometimes, when you install a new php packages, apache need to stop, and start daemon, a simple restart is not enought (at least in debian / ubuntu).
