Starting Network Server or Recon Server

Hi,
I have just installed pandora… and was leafing through the documentation. I found in several pages, a mention about starting the network and recon servers :

A network agent needs to be assigned to a Network Server to perform remote monitoring tasks. If you don’t see any Network Server, then thre isn’t any Network Server running. You will have to set up and strar one before trying to assign a network module to an agent.

How do I start a Network/Recon Server ?

I setup my recontask under ADMINISTRATION – MANAGE SERVERS – MANAGE RECONTASK -CREATE. Hope this useful to you!
