    Hi there,

I’m not sure if this is a bug or not but there’s no “support” subsection in this forum.

I need to set an alert to tell me when an agent is not sending data to the server (for example, if the remote agent’s server dies and then no data is sent back to the pandora server). Can anyone provide any ideas on this please?

    thanks

    Daryn

Yes, keepalive module is just for that.

Another option is using a network module like ICMP PROC (ping) for testing if host is alive.
