Hola buenas,

en el archivo de configuración del agente, donde pone “server_ip”, pon ahí la dirección ip del servidor de Pandora que hayas instalado. Creo que ese es el problema por lo que no te funciona.

En primer lugar coloque la direccion ip luego de ver que no funcionaba probe colocando el fqdn

Gracias smartin hice eso y funciono. para cerrar el tema sabes porque no instala en un windows xp? descrague el instalador pero me sale error de win32.

Debería de dejarte instalarlo….

Ejecútalo como administrador y si no te funciona la version de 64 bits prueba con el de 32 bits. Pero siempre ejecútalo como administrador.

Gracias smartin, pero me funciono pero me acabo de dar cuenta que en los agentes que aparecen en la consola web no muestran su ip, esto es normal? y si tiene conexion. Tambien veo que en Grupo aparecen como Unknown cuando en la instalacion y el archivo de configuracion les configure como Workstation aque se deberia estos eventos?
