Hi, I am installing Pandora Web Console in a OpenSuse 10.3 I have followed all the prior steps and created the database and the user pandora and have given privileges to him and set the password pandora (page 2 of Documentation: Install Console. Then I have tried to install the Web Console, I have extract the files of the console to the Apache publishing directory and accesed to the install.php. wizard. Step 2 goes well, all dependecies founded, In step 3 I go with:
DB User with privileges in MySQL: root
    DB Password for this user:
    DB Hostname of MySQL: localhost
DB Name (pandora by default): pandora
Full path to publication directory: the path.
    Full local …
But it fails step 4. I got all the green lights except for the last two:

Write permissions to save config file in ‘./include’

Created new config file at ‘include/config.php’

    The installation fails in there.

    What can I do???

Thank you very much and happy Halloween…

The second error is due to the first.

To solve the first, check that the PATH/pandora_console/include directory has write access to the apache user (maybe www-data?), because this is the user that creates the file. You can change it after, but rebember that this user has to read the include/config.php file to use the database parameters.

    Good Luck
