  Pandora_server.exe will not run

  Hi all,

  Running into an odd issue where after an unexpected power cut the pandorafms service will not start anymore.
  Getting the following error when trying to run the exe from cmd:

  Can’t load ‘C:UsersPANDOR~1AppDataLocalTemppar-50616e646f726154657374cache-54420e3842e6117fba03fa7b5ddb7dba94d196e0468292fd.xs.dll’ for module Filter::Crypto::Decrypt: load_file:The specified module could not be found at /DynaLoader.pm line 193.
    at /PAR/Heavy.pm line 140.

  I have tried upgrading to the latest version with no luck in resolving the error. I am running on Windows 10 1909.
