hi to everybody!!!

i’m trying to install apandora server on a win2003 server.
the web/php/mysql/perl server works.

as i read in most of the tutos, i built a .bat to launch the “pandora_server_windows.pl” script. but i can’t find it….

instead, i run the pandora_server.pl script, but i got this error message:

but after that written that i can contact you in case of problem.
that’s what i’m doing….

please, tell me where i can find the pandora_server_windows.pl file that you mentioned byyourself in some of your tutos.

Well, the contact is for other UNIX systems (Solaris, AIX…), not for Windows.

There is no *windows.pl file. All are changes made in the .pl files that I recommed to save as *windows.pl files.

You have to edit the files, and all is written in those posts, review them carefully.

Also, you can try the new WMWare image for Pandora 1.3 Beta 2 (updated just a few minutes ago), which can be downloaded from Sourceforge:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=155200&package_id=235590&release_id=535942

It will not be updated in all SF mirrors until tomorrow.

Another thing is the new PandoraAgent for windows, that can use FTP as transfer method by default (configure the SSH is the main problem, even for Linux Users!).

This also requires that you HAVE to setup a FTP server in your windows (and created user pandora, used by default).

The other part is the same, but not supported 😀
