Nope.
We do have HP-UX agent, so I guess it might do the trick as long as Tru64 and HP-UX are quite similar.

I am going to propose Pandora in a very large enterprise, but they want to know if there are agents for Unix Digital servers. Is there any agent for Unix Digital?
