  • Network Agents

    Hello,

I’m trying to create a network agent to monitor a windows server without installing anything.

I’ve read the documentation but could not create one. I need to monitor TCP80 for example.

Can someone please describe the steps to create this kind of agent?
    I’m using 1.3 stable.

    Thanks in advance.

Then on Agent Detail click the spanner next to your agent, click the modules button accross the top, setup a module at the bottom. Target IP should be the IP of your server. Module type should be remote_tcp_proc. TCP port should be 80. Interval, e.g. 300=5 minute incterval between checks. Click Add.
