Hola scorpion.

Para intentar descubrir donde se está produciendo el fallo te recomiendo que hagas lo siguiente (puedes empezar a revisar desde el último punto si quieres):

– En la configuración de los agentes cambia el token “debug 0” a “debug 1” para que el XML que enviarían al servidor se quede en el equipo de tu agente y así puedas revisar que se obtiene correctamente la información de todos los módulos. El fichero se guardará por defecto en “C:Program Filespandora_agenttemp” con extensión “.data”.

– Si todos los módulos se están generando puedes probar a detener el servidor de Pandora y ver si al directorio “/var/spool/pandora/data_in” llegan correctamente los ficheros “.data”.

– Si los ficheros llegan al servidor correctamente mira si con el servidor iniciado se están procesando los ficheros “.data” o se están quedando encolados.

– Si los “.data” son procesados puedes probar a poner el token “verbosity 10” y revisar el log “/var/log/pandora/pandora_server.log” para ver si te da algún tipo de información.

Comenta si esto te sirve para localizar el problema o barajamos otras opciones.

Buenos días Enrique. Muchísimas gracias por invertir tu tiempo en responder. Me costo algo en realizar tus recomendaciones, ya que como te comente anteriormente, estoy apenas iniciandome con esta fascinante aplicacion, sin embargo pude deducir lo que me sugerias. Modifique el archivo pandora.conf ubicado en uno de los servidores windows que me presenta problema, le active el debug a 1 y en la opcion de adress le coloque la del servidor pandora 10.0.0.41. Reinicie el servicio y previamente borre el servidor desde el servidor de pandora para no dejar rastro del agente. Se generó un archivo en el servidor con el problema c:program_filespandora_agentpandora_debug, el cual tiene el siguiente contenido:

Ahora bien el archivo log del servidor pandora muestra lo siguiente, solo te envio un pequeño estracto porque es algo extenso, pero en ningún lado aparece reflejado la direccion IP de uno de los servidores que me presenta problemas:

Hola scorpion.

Parece que hay algún problema en la ejecución del módulo “Network_Usage_Bytes”. ¿Podrías copiar aquí la configuración de ese módulo en concreto?

También puedes probar a dejarlo comentado en el fichero de configuración de tu agente pare ver si así funciona correctamente. De no ser así, ¿podrías copiar aquí tu fichero de configuración del agente?

Hola enrique, gracias por responder y hacerle seguimiento a este caso, dentro de tus posibilidades, te envío el archivo de configuracion pandora_agent el cual esta instalado en un server Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise, 64 Bits, 10 GB de memoria ram. El mismo tiene 7 dias que no se reporta al Pandora, luego que reinicie el servicio de pandora en el servidor agente. Te envío lo solicitado. Disculpa mi ignorancia a que te refieres con copiarte la configuracion de network_bytes_usage? donde lo consigo? porque en el archivo del agente no existe y busque otro servidor que no presenta problemas y tampoco esta esa linea para comentarla. Si te das cuenta en el log del agente en modo debug el error aparece justo después de esta línea “2016-07-20 10:10:41 Run System Events (TermService)” lo que significa que el módulo que se encuentra después del módulo “System Events (TermService)” te está fallando. Prueba a dejar comentadas estas líneas a ver si se ejecuta todo con normalidad:

Respecto a lo del módulo “Network_Usage_Bytes” que te comentaba en mi post anterior, si te fijas en tu log del servidor todas las líneas muestran casi lo mismo:

2016-07-20 10:26:43 sve0000-041 [V3] Received invalid data '' from agent 'sve0000155' module 'Network_Usage_Bytes' agent 'sve0000155'.

En esta en concreto te está indicando que desde el agente llamado “sve0000155” (puede que tome ese nombre del nombre del equipo) se han recibido datos invalidos para el módulo “Network_Usage_Bytes”. Puedes probar a comentar las líneas referentes a ese módulo en los agentes que te aparecen en el log y comprobar si el error se repite.

Buenos días Enrique, gusto en saludarte nuevamente. Realice lo sugerido por ti, comente todas las lineas y reinicie el servicio. Aparentemente ya los equipos que estaban presentando fallas y perdían la conexion (Se colocaban en gris totalmente), amanecieron el día de hoy en color VERDE!. Ahora bien realice una prueba el viernes y le instalé el agente a 9 servers, de los cuales 4 eran 2012 STD, y no les modifique el archivo de configuracion. Los 2012 amanecieron son conexion, modifique el archivo y reinicie el servicio. Los 2008 algunos fallaron en cuanto a conexión y otros están perfectos sin modificar el archivo. Los pasos de instalación de agente han sido igual para todos los servidores. Habrá un problema con el agente para la plataforma 2012 que pandora no haya detectado? Con la sugerencia que me hiciste de comentar las lineas, me ha funcionado hasta ahora, habra que ver sino se cae entre hoy y mañana. Atento a tus comentarios. Feliz dia

Me alegro de que hayas conseguido que te funcione correctamente comentando los módulos que presentaban problemas. Ciertamente parece que pueda haber algún problema con los módulos que se crean por defecto en los agentes para Windows. De todas formas he podido ver en el foro en inglés que otros usuarios presentan un problema que parece el mismo que el tuyo en sus sistemas Windows, y comentan que puede estar relacionado con el hecho de que son DC (te dejo aquí el enlace al hilo). En tu caso, los equipos donde se te producían los errores, ¿son controladores de dominio?

Buenos días Enrique, nuevamente gracias por tu tiempo. Uno de los servidores si era Domain Controller, el resto que presentaba inconvenientes que se colocaban en gris, eran solo servidores que formaban parte del Dominio, pero muy especialmente varias que era 2012 Standard, luego que realice lo que me sugeriste, no ha presentado ningún inconveniente gracias a dios. Ahora bien dentro de estas mismas fallas que se presentaban, tuve que eliminar o dejar de monitorear a 8 servidores, los cuales tenían como características comunes 1 GB de memoria ram. Estos se les disparaban en 100% el CPU, por lo que tuve de decidir eliminarles el agente, sin embargo voy a reinstalar en un servidor el agente y le aplicare lo que me sugeriste de comentar algunas lineas del agente y probare. Seguiré posteando otras dudas  en otros temas y si esta a tu alcance agradecería nuevamente de tu ayuda. Si lo deseas, este caso se puede poner como cerrado.
