Issue: Default max_post_size might be too low
Posted by Cursorkeys on December 20, 2016 at 17:59Version: 6.0SP4 (P) 161104
Platform: CentOSIssue: When using the offline updater the process failed and following error was seen in the httpd error log:
PHP Warning:Â POST Content-Length of 31581818 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0, referer: http://192.168.100.10/pandora_console/index.php?sec=messages&sec2=godmode/update_manager/update_manager&tab=offline
Cause: post_max_size in /etc/php.ini is too small at 8M, suggest changing default to be 100M?

Hello Jon,
The offline update manager only accepts one specific file type, and it is an Enterprise feature I’m afraid, so it is not possible to use .rpm files to update your console from there. I’ll raise an internal ticket to hide the offline update manager for opensource version users.
Kind regards,
Antonio.
