Hello, I think I have the same problem.
I have several groups, and when I create a new user I assign a profile to it. But if you log with one of those short of users, you are not be able to see others agents, but is possible to see all the maps we have at the virtual console. (And I only want to see the map of the same group the user is)
Anyone know how to solve this problem??

I replied you already to that in some other thread, it’s because of you code, very likely, I tested that and it works like a charm with the latest SVN code.
