  how i can configure unknown alert

  hi

  i try to configure alert form unknown status (when machine is shutdown or agent is down), but the alert don trigger

  critical template : Condition type -> critical status -> “Service down” (data from 1 to 0 [Generic service])-> alert KO (send alert and mail me)
  unknown template : Condition type -> unknown status -> “Unknow” (data still in 1, but status change to unknown [Generic service]) -> alert ok (dont send the alert because  data still 1 but the status is unknown)

  how i can configure the alert when the status is unknown and the status is 1?? i need triger the email alert.

  i need help
