    Hello,

-> I install version 3.0 of pandora FMS, at Ubuntu Server(of course i’ve install too: mysql, apache php5 and others things to need to be ok!),

-> I configure the ip on client windows 7 and server ubuntu, i test using comand “ping” in 2 machines, equals 0% lost packages, then ok,

-> I can access the web page (localhost) of PandoraFMS 3.0 at server , ok,

-> I configure the client on windows 7 with this configurations:

    server_ip servidor.192.168.1.130
    server_path /var/spool/pandora/data_in
    temporal “C:Program Filespandora_agenttemp”

    # Agent uses your hostname automatically, if you need to change agent name
    # use directive agent_name (do not use blank spaces, please).
    # This parameter is CASE SENSITIVE.

    agent_name renato

    # Group assigned for this agent (descriptive, p.e: Servers)
    group Workstations

At manual sai to execute the comando at server ubuntu : /etc/init.d/pandora_server start

But when i do this comand, the kernel says, to specify an configuration at pandora.conf

But i have configure the file in … /etc/pandora.conf

DETAIL: I HAVE ADD AN AGENT AT SERVER

Anybody now? how to i do this? anybodby has any .conf at client and server working to pass?

    Hi Renato.

It’s hard to understand your doubt… I have pandora 3.1 installed here. The server configuration file is in:

    /etc/pandora/pandora_server.conf.

At the agent side, you should remove the “servidor.” from the server_ip line. It should look like this:

    server_ip 192.168.1.130
    server_path /var/spool/pandora/data_in
    temporal “C:Program Filespandora_agenttemp”

      I hope this helps.

    Are you from Brazil?

    Regards.
