    Hello,

I am getting the following error when I install the pandora agent on any of our vmware esx hosts.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

    /etc/init.d/pandora_agent_daemon: /etc/init.d/pandora_agent_daemon: 30: Syntax error: “(” unexpected

For ESX you should use the perl / unix  3.x version, we’ve tested recently over ESX hosts and run fine.

Thanks, I’ll try to the Unix version after I install PERL on the ESX host.

    I’m using Pandora 3.0 RC2 and ESX 3.5 and ESX 4.0
