    When I look at an agent’s details, under the “Last contact field” it shows that the agent hasn’t contacted the server in over 8 hours, even though down below under “Full list of monitors” it shows that the agent sent info in the last 5 minutes. This is because the fms system thinks that the time that the agent sent the data is PM when it should be AM. Both the system clocks on the agent machine and the fms server machine are set to the correct time.

    I’ve attached a screenshot of the console window.

    How do I get the fms server to recognize the correct time?

    Went into “Setup” and change the field “Timezone setup” to my timezone (guessed at the format…. America/Phoenix) and that appears to have fixed the problem.
