Console Alert: chromium is not installed
Posted by aeleus on March 23, 2023 at 19:27A couple of updates ago, I started getting this alert in the console:
chromium is not installed
To be able to create images of the graphs for PDFs, please install the chromium extension. For that, it is necessary to follow these steps: [it is a link to chromium.org]
I don’t use chromium, but I got tired of seeing the alert so I installed chromium on my Centos 7 server (yum install chromium).
The error went away… for a few days. But, now the alert is back. Chromium is still installed.
How do I make the alert go away for good?

Hello Aeleus,
Make sure that you have the correct Path for Chromium configured in the Console General Setup.
You can execute this command in your PandoraFMS Shell:
which chromium-browser
This will provide the path in which chromium is installed, normally should be /usr/bin/chromium-browser.
Once you get that info compare it to the Path inside the console in Setup > Setup > General Setup and make sure it is the same.
Kind regards,
Sergio B.
