Can’t get LDAP authentication to work

I am new to Pandora FMS and using ver 7.0NG community edition. I have configured authentication to use LDAP and to connect to a Windows Server 2012 R2 server but I get a login failed message each time I try to login as a user on the domain. In fact, when I check the Windows logs it does not appear that Pandora even attempted to connect to the LDAP host. I ran a test on the same Centos box using ldapsearch and each test was successful. Other LDAP clients also work. I have attached an image of my config with the server name and base DN changed.Â
I also wondered why there is no option for Bind DN on the authentication page since it needs an authenticated user to query the LDAP server.Thanks for your help.
