Posted by kliker on February 19, 2007 at 13:25Hello,
My server are located in France ( ubuntu ) and timezone = Europe/Paris, GMT+1
I’ve 2 windows agent installed on same timezone
My problem is all data sent by agent are with timestamp – 1 hour equivalent to GMT time.
Question : Windows Agent use timestamp with GMT hour, or timezone hour ?
How obtain correct timestamp ?

At this time is no way to alter Timestamp, but agent’s contact it’s based on local time of SERVER.

I don’t understand where is problem
Windows servers are correctly configured with time zone set to Paris (GMT +1 )
but XML file sent by windows Agent is :
805863 -rw-r–r– 1 pandora pandora 2041 2007-02-19 14:38 tse3.14927.dataand in header, I see :
How can I verify local time use by SYSTEM account used by Windows agent running as service ?

Inside the XML is stored data of LOCAL system. The file you’re listing is localfile of XML FILE in server system. Pandora FMS server stores remote date inside XML data, and last contact for this agent is dated at process time in server. Really remote date is only used to store with the same date that it has when it was generated.
