Alert time window

Hi,
When I use a time window the alerts are not fired anymore. I ‘ve tried al kinds of combinations. It only works when I put in “time from:00:00” and “time to:00:00”. I just want to skip one hour in the night, because some servers have reboot schedules…

Update:

time from: 03:30 and time to: 23:00 works fine, but…
time from: 03:30 and time to: 03:00 does not work.

If the “time to” is later than 00:00 then the alerting doesn’t work anymore.
