  • Agent Hostname resolution

    My company is in the process of testing out PandoraFMS for network monitoring, and I’ve been having some issues with the agent only displaying the ip addresses and not resolving to the hostnames. I think it may just something I am missing in the agent config files, but since everyone wants everything done now, I thought I’d reach out for some expedited assistance.

    Hello Carl,

    So, first of all check if your DNS is working properly, If you think that’s OK, check the agent log and send us the info.

    If you dont have any trouble with changing names by hand, you can change it on the conf file of the agent.
