The data file that was sent to my sever has 0 bytes in it. Is there any way I can trouble shoot this? Thanks

Same here! Sometimes zero bytes, sometimes proper size. My test server is Windows 2003 Small Business Server SP2. I installed beta client 1.3 afresh, only edited the standard pandora_agent.conf in order to remove the # from debug temporarily. Contents of /opt/pandora_server/data_in:

We have a new agent with a new feature that uses FTP to tranfer XML, this should solve problems with SSH in some machines, like yours. This is not an official release yet, but in a few days, Beta2 will be launched with this new feature.

This is on our SVN, and you need to replace .EXE and add a new library (libcurl.dll, also in our SVN).
