    Hi,
    I’m new. I use pandora fms v2 6.0sp. I face a problem please help .
In visual console , imagine one router(agent) has 7 interfaces, and  each interface connect to another router(agent).(please see the attachment). When adding a agent in the beginning we can only give one IP address for a router. When editing that router  we can add more IPs  to that but it takes only one IP (lastly adds IP or we can select it from drop down in edit agent page//just call this is master IP for easiness ). My problem is when  creating a visual map , can’t  set IPs to interfaces of that router. How can I do that.Because of that , if that master IP is down all paths shows down but not the agents which connected to router.(please see the attachment).

Say me how to do it.
    Thanks

    Hello 351ta,

Could you please upload an image showing the configutation details of that router? Is the icon showing a module or the agent itself?

    Kind regards,
    Kevin.

    Hi AKevin,

This is a agent and it not showing any modules (green color shows only host alive status ).That agent rounded with  other routers that connected to its interfaces. Here are some images that shows its configurations. In first image(config1.png) IP Address drop down menu , there are seven IP address (I thought that IPs can use as for interfaces of that router. But can’t)

    Help.Thanks.

    Hi all,
I think you’ll not get clearly what I said. I’ll explain it clearly. Imagine I have a router (router A) which has 7 interfaces.(see attached  image). After add router A  to the pandora fms in “create agent page”, how could I add its interfaces and connect with other routers.

    Hi 351ta,

Well, you can monitor the different interfaces of the router through SNMP. Plus, the Pandora FMS Enterprise version has an option to identify the interfaces in the visual map.

    Kind regards,
    Kevin.
