i hav installed pandora console and then pandora server. please find the below … initially the owner is toot and i have done chown to daemon… still facing the same problem.

please help me in resolving the issue

hi,

also i faced another problem while installing the pandora console though there is no problem in installing pandora console rpm. (please find the screenshot). the screenshot shows that many php rpm packages are not present and but “rpm -qa| grep -i php” shows those php are already installed.

is this the cause of this issue?

please help in solving the issue.

Try reinstalling the packages.

These are the dependencies which are needed for Suse/OpenSuse:

apache2 apache2-mod_php5 php5 php5-gd php5-gettext php5-json php5-mbstring php5-ldap php5-mysql
php5-pear php5-snmp nmap perl-DBD-mysql perl-DBI perl-Date-Calc perl-Date-Manip perl-HTML-Parser
perl-HTML-Encoding perl-HTML-Tree perl-IO-Socket-inet6 perl-Mail-Sendmail perl-NetAddr-IP
perl-SNMP perl-TimeDate perl-XML-Simple perl-libwww-perl mysql-client mysql-Max mysql
net-snmp xorg-x11-fonts-core php5-pear-db php5-zip graphviz graphviz-gd

All dependencies should be shown as green in order to get pandora working correctly.

Pandora console uses php that’s why you are getting problems there.

as mentioned i have installed all the php rpm which are required yet it is showing “not installed” while setting up pandora database throug console. i have reinstalled those packages yet the situation remains the same …

please help me in resolving the issue

Restart apache to reload php missing modules.
