    Create New Config File Problem

    Hello all,
    I seem to be getting stuck at step 4 during the pandora console install. It stops at created new config file at ‘include/config.php’
    I’ve chowned the folder to apache and chmod 666 to the include folder. any help would be greatly appreciated.
