Monitoring Many Devices From One Agent
I’m trying to understand the capabilities of Pandora 2.0 and I’m a little confused about one thing. It’s not clear to me if an Agent is capable of monitoring several items within a network. We manage many networks and we’d like to install an Agent within each network to monitor multiple devices… routers, printers, servers, etc. and send all of that data back to our Pandora server. I haven’t been able to figure out how to get an Agent to successfully do this. We’re currently testing it with a Windows agent and we’ve only been able to get it to monitor and report data on that server. All of our agents would be Windows based. Can anyone tell me if this is possible? And if so, what is the process for configuring an Agent to do this.

Yes, the agent can monitor as many items as you want since you can put an IP per module.
The best way to avoid misunderstandings is to think like this:Agent = Item
That’s to say:
Agent1 = Router1
Agent2 = FW2
Agent3 = Windows Server
Etc…
