  how can I create alert: when connection is down – Pandora send me only 1 letter, and when up – only one letter.
  I have made 2 alert: 1) min and max value – 1 ( when system is down) and 2) min and max – 0 ( when system up).
  But Pandora send me letter every xx minute ( xx = threshold value).

  What I can change in alert, to send me letter only when status changes???
  (only one letter)
