Problems after updating from 1.2 to 1.3 – Tactical view

Hello,

I recently updated Pandora Agent from v1.2 to v1.3.
I had problems in the upgrading process and I needed to reset the database.

It finally seemed to work, but the first bad thing I noticed was that the tactical view was completely red because all data and monitors are marked as “Unknown”

However, when I check the details for agents or monitors everything seems to be ok, the data is being received correctly.

Hey Victor,

What happens if you go to the detail agent view, do you see any grey module in your agents? if so, those are then unknown modules. If not, we’ll try to figure your problem out 🙂

Hola Manu,

Everything seems ok in the “detail agent view” and in “agent general information”

However, if I create a new agent and view its details, the modules are only shown in edit mode. If I use the old v1.2 console (it’s still installed) everything keeps working ok.

I think the problem is the same as in my other post: viewtopic.php?t=982
So this thread may continue there.
