Agent Connection Problems

I’m trying to test my connection from a private network using pandoraagent.exe –test-ssh. I receive the following…

Connecting with 39.XX.XX.XX
Connection error number 10060
Check the network configuration.

Can anyone help with this?

Please, can you give more details?
Have you followed the installation steps?:
– Create key (http://pandora.sourceforge.net/en/print.php?sec=docs/how_to_keys)
– Add public key to /home/pandora/.ssh/authorized_keys file in your Linux Server (remember to create pandora user)
– Read http://www.openideas.info/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=726

Sorry my bad, I had my firewall set up to authenticate by port 22 and ip allow, and hadn’t added it. I’ve configured a few networks with Pandora and this one is by far the most secure, so I was assuming it was on their side. All is working fine, thanks.
