Where can I download the srvany.exe and instsrv.exe files?

Microsoft® has released these files into the Resource Kit for Windows® 2000, Windows XP® and Windows® 2003. You can download it freely from Microsoft®, but Only for XP and 2003. This file was used for older versions of Pandora FMS (1.1) but it could be used to program a Perl Unix® agent running on windows with the Active State Perl as a service.
