The location of the files and the structure of the startup script are different with respect to GNU/Linux.
The peculiarities of the installation in FreeBSD would be the following:
- After installation, you should add the following line to
/etc/rc.conf.
pandora_agent_enable="YES".
- To enable Pandora FMS agent, these settings are needed, otherwise it will not be possible to start the process.
- In FreeBSD, most of the Pandora FMS agent files are installed in
/usr/local.
